Commission + Terms of Service
Base Prices:
Headshot - starting at $40
Half Body - starting at $80
Full Body - starting at $120Without or One Color Background- Free
With Background - starting $10+-------
Pay the total sum of the base prices first before the commissions starts then pay the complexity fee* before I deliver you the final product*Complexity Fee depends on how complex or detailed the work is. If it's simple then it wont be that much, if it's too detailed then expect it to be a bit pricey.------
Works that I'm willing to do:
Fanart, OC, Real Life People, Food, Pet, Light Nsfw and Light Gore.Works that I will NOT do:
Violent Gore, Porn, Mecha, Anthro, Hateful Content, anything else that I might be uncomfortable with.
How to avail
- The client must contact the artist through email.
- The client must provide description of their desired commission piece and provide photo references like stock photos, their own sketches or even one of the artist's artworks.
- The client must state the size they want their commissioned piece to be.
- The seller has the right to cancel the commission for various reasons.
- Client must Inform the artist if the commission has a deadline.
- By commissioning the artist the client is only purchasing the artist's labor and the commissioned piece. The artwork will be done in the artist's own artstyle.
- Contact will happen through the provided email or the client's preferred social media account.
Payment
[Total of Base Prices First ~ Additional Cost Last]- Payment is done via Paypal (invoice), Wire Transfer through Wise or GCash.
- Client agrees to pay in full USD or PHP.
- Client must be responsible for the currency conversion costs, bank fees, payment provider service fees or any other costs needed in order to transfer the funds to the artist.
- Prices totaling below $200/PHP11000 must be paid upfront.
- For any amount greater than $200/PHP11000, the client has the choice to pay it upfront or a 50% downpayment first.
- Additional Costs depends on the complexity of the commission and must be paid in order for the client to receive the finished product.
Refund:- 50% refunds up to lineart stage only otherwise refunds are not allowed. No chargeback as well.
- Unless no update happens for an entire month or more, or the artist can no longer commit to the commission, then the client will receive a full refund.
Revisions:- Lineart: Minor details (Free) / Pose & Composition (1USD/50PHP)
- Coloring: Minor Detail (Free) / Pose & Composition (3USD/150PHP) (Maximum of 5)!Please note that revisions may extend the turnaround time!
Final Payment and Delivery:- Before the artist can deliver the final product, the client must pay the additional cost first.
- Note that the final product will only be in DIGITAL FORM.
- The final product will be delivered in a Google Drive link or other agreed mode of delivery to the email address provided by the client once the additional cost has been paid. Google Drive link will only be available for 1 month and will be deleted afterwards. A new link can be made if the client fails to download the product after a month.
- It is the client's sole responsibility to properly store the product. The artist will not be held responsible if the client loses the product due to negligence and they can not be guaranteed to receive a new link for the original file because the artist may no longer have possession of the original file(s).
Waiting time and Feedback
- Turnaround time will be around 1-2 weeks. The artist will contact the client if more time is needed to finish the product.
- The artist will send the client a progress screenshot every other day within those weeks. Each screenshot will come with a watermark and sample label, the client can discuss with the artist any revisions they may want once they received and viewed the screenshots.
- The client must inform the artist if they need any revisions as soon as possible.
Usage
- The artist retains original copyright and ownership of the work. The artist also holds the right to upload watermarked version of the product in their social media accounts unless the client specifically states that the product is fully private commissioned piece. The client must credit the artist if they choose to upload the product on their social media accounts.
- The artist have rights to repurpose unused process work for future or any other personal projects.
- The client can not claim the product as their own.
- The client can not resell Personal Commissions as prints or merchandise.
- The client can not use the artist's works for NFTs, crypto related stuff or AI image training.
- The client can not edit or attempt to fix the final product.
